Employee Relations
Employee Relations helps staff employees and management by providing
advice and consultation in matters relating to staff personnel
policies and procedures. The unit also assists employees with
workplace issues, advises management on how to administer fair and
appropriate corrective discipline when necessary, interprets staff
personnel policies and investigates employee complaints and
grievances.
